Organizing a national-scale event is no easy task. ENED took place between April 4th and 6th 2025, in several places of Coimbra, but its organization involved countless hours of meeting, endless emails and sleepless nights over more than a year. As one of the general-coordinators, I managed a team of over 30 people, who worked in the various aspects of the event.
The 10th edition of ENED gathered over 400 participants, from dozens of higher education institutions, cities and fields of design. This marked the largest edition since the COVID-19 pandemic, more than doubling the attendance of the past two editions. Under the theme "Design Everywhere", during the three days of the event we explored how design is omnipresent in our society, often in unpredictable ways.
